This is a true bean-to-bar chocolate maker where every hand-made bar begins with raw cacao beans that they roast, crack and winnow, then grind into chocolate. The entire process takes place at this little chocolate factory in Bozeman! Hear the story of how this venture came to be, and learn how they make chocolate from sourcing better-than-fair trade cacao beans to making delicious, award-winning bars. Of course there will be samples!
