Charity Grant Application Form 2019

The Annual Charity Auction is our primary fundraising activity with proceeds going to 501(c)(3) non-profits operating in the Gallatin Valley.   GVNC members select the charities who will be the recipients of the proceeds from our annual auction.  We also have a huge bake sale offering many wonderful sweets and savories for Christmas and the holiday season.  The event features a sit-down luncheon, silent and live auctions.

How can you help?

Members are encouraged to recommend charities they would like to have considered being the recipients of our 2019 Annual Charity Auction. This information will be discussed at a board meeting and a list compiled from those charities. The charities are asked to provide an accounting of where and how the monies would be spent, if they are selected.  For information on Charity Research, contact Karol Pollock by EMAIL

Deadline for applications is August 1st.

CONGRATULATIONS to GVNC for another successful Charity Auction!!!   Together we raised over $10,000 each for Eagle Mount Bozeman and Adopt A Sox, who are thrilled to receive these grants.

Many thanks go out to members who donated auction items, who contacted friends and businesses for donations, and who stepped up to help with the various tasks to make this fundraiser possible.

Our sincere thanks to all of you, from the  2018 Auction Committee!
